2. How can individual consumers purchase your products?

There are a number of ways you can order our products. You may order

Online Through Our Secure Server
Please use our
secure server to submit your credit card order electronically.

By Fax
After selecting your purchases from our products page, you will have the option of printing out an order form. Complete the order form and fax it to us at 703-995-0430.

By Toll-Free Telephone Order
Call our order center toll-free at 877-995-8645. The order center is available to take your credit card orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please have your credit card ready when you call. If calling from outside the United States, please call 412-306-5228 to place your order.

By Regular Mail
After selecting your purchases from our products page, you will have the option of printing out an order form. Complete the order form and mail it to us at the following address:

3. How can bookstores and resellers purchase your products?

Our books are distributed to the trade by Biblio Distribution, an NBN sister company. They are also available through Baker & Taylor, Quality Books, and other library jobbers.




4. How can I pay for my order? Can I pay by check or money order?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, and checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks or money orders should be made payable to Sashay Communications, LLC, and mailed with your completed order form to us at the following address:

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

We process most orders within 2 business days of receipt. All orders going to U.S. addresses are shipped by U.S. Postal Service priority mail which usually takes 2-3 business days. You should allow up to 5 to 7 business days to receive your order.




6. What is the cost for shipping and handling?

The cost for shipping & handling to U.S. addresses is $4 for the first product you purchase, and an additional .50¢ for each additional product you purchase. All our orders to U.S. addresses are shipped by U.S. Postal Service priority mail.

All international orders must include an e-mail address. We will e-mail you confirmation of the applicable shipping fees prior to mailing your order.

7. What is your return policy?

Products are returnable only if defective. You may want to listen or review audiobook excerpts and review the outline and table of contents prior to your purchase. We will replace any defective product with a new copy of the same item.

To return an item, send us the item along with a copy of the receipt or invoice in a securely wrapped package to the following address:

For your protection, you may wish to send your return via UPS or other insured carrier. We can not be responsible for lost returns.

If you placed your order by credit card, your refund will be credited to your credit card. If you paid for your order with a check or money order, we will issue you a check in the amount of your refund. Please note that we refund the cost of postage and handling only if the return is a result of our error.
